This is an exciting time for Northamptonshire Community Hospitals as we continue to widen our provision of care to enable care closer to home for patients. This includes providing step up and step down facilities to avoid acute hospital admissions and facilitate early discharge. Responding to patients with long-term conditions and rehabilitation needs.
We are currently recruiting an additional therapy assistant to implement care interventions for patients under the supervision of a qualified practitioner, supporting patient focused goals and patient safety. You will contribute to the assessment of patient needs and evaluations of care interventions . We are seeking motivated individuals with good communication skills and willingness to learn and undertake further training.
