Our Student Support Hubs provide one-stop-shop services for students, professional services and academic colleagues across our campuses and we are seeking a new colleague to play a key role in our Hub Advisor team.
You will be part of a first class team providing high-quality front line support, advice and customer services to our students, staff and external partners through different contact channels including helpdesk locations and a telephony contact centre. The ability to provide our clients with a superb customer-focussed experience is essential, along with a willingness to work on a flexible rota basis between 8.30am – 7pm during weekdays and some occasional weekends.
Educated to A level standard, you will have significant proven experience in an HE front-of-house or telephone team setting and will bring substantial experience in customer service focus and delivery, along with excellent communication, customer care and organisational skills ensuring effective cross team working to the benefit of our student and staff community.
A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL.
