You will be responsible for providing first class reception service to the company, alongside assisting a variety of departments with administrative and office support. Role Responsibilities Reporting into the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Management Team, your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing reception duties, ensuring all visitors are welcomed in a courteous and professional manner and appropriately directed, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival Calendar management of the internal meeting rooms and manage meeting bookings Courier management including managing budgets, coordination of incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers and where required tracking the delivery of parcels Managing stationary orders and budgets Dealing with incoming email and post Ordering lunches from an external supplier when required Booking Company travel arrangements including hotels, flights Organising board meetings and ensuring the management team is well prepared for other meetings; writing minutes when appropriate Providing support (including administrative) to your manager, which will lead to helping a variety of people within the business Coordinating the upkeep and maintenance of the offices/building/space including arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices; Assist with organising and coordinating company events Help with organising and preparing for book fairs

You will be responsible for providing first class reception service to the company, alongside assisting a variety of departments with administrative and office support.

Role Responsibilities
