The team is responsible for growing the health of the brand by building customer trust and consideration. We also play a leadership role within the business to ensure that the products and solutions that the business creates and delivers support our brand positioning consistently across all consumer touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Exec reports into the Digital Marketing Specialist and the purpose of the role is to plan and execute best in class Marketing using the full suite of offline and online channels as part of an agile team of 6. The Digital Marketing role includes: Development of marketing and campaign plans Campaign conception Creative and broader campaign delivery / coordination Responsibilities Your day to day responsibilities will include: In consultation and collaboration with the planning team & other peers across Marketing, developing and deploying a plan to achieve our trading, engagement and brand goals. Maximising online, offline and integrated channel effectiveness including all aspects of social, paid, earned and owned media Delivering compelling marketing activity which actively demonstrates our drive to Hyper Personalised Marketing, making increasing use of marketing technology and always on programmes. Working with internal and external agencies / content creators to build an effective content strategy and drive performance and innovation. Development of Aviva UK brand marketing strategy/plan Consistent and compelling deployment of the UK brand, content, CR and sponsorship strategy. Working closely with Corporate Responsibility Execs within Ops & Planning to develop and execute CR plan About You Like us, you will be passionate about marketing. As a Digital Marketing professional you will have a good understanding of relevant product sets and experience of delivering marketing activity at each stage of the product and customer lifecycle. You could have gained this experience in-house, agency-side or from a mix of both where you have supported and helped to deliver brand programme and customer engagement activity. With a real passion for innovation and technology (i.e. Adobe Marketing Cloud) you will be able to identify the potential opportunities for revolutionising the way we do things. You will take great pride in personal ownerships and drive for campaigns. You will be inquisitive, action-orientated and enjoy change you will want to challenge the status quo.
