This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic secretary to work as part of this highly regarded, professional and friendly team.

The successful candidate will be supporting a number of fee earners who cover a broad range of residential property work, including sales and purchase, refinances, and Bank Panel work. You will need to be able to prioritise tasks and be efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing correspondence, documents and letters
  • Diary management
  • Digital dictation
  • Co-ordinating and arranging meetings
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Liaising with clients
  • Providing support to other secretaries in the department as and when required
Key skills and requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous legal secretarial experience is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Able to use initiative
  • High level of accuracy with a good eye for detail
  • Strong team player
  • Pro-active, professional and personable approach
  • Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of audio digital dictation is ideal but not essential
