Your role will be providing PA support to the Group Manager and proactive technical support to a design office of 20+ civil engineers. This includes minute taking, financial duties (coordination and monitoring contracts/raising POs), ordering stock/equipment/ID Cards/PPE, provide cover to the Technical Librarian, maintain HR records, coordinate training, statutory undertaker apparatus and Land searches, Web editor (internal and external) and general office duties that includes safety of the working environment.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths) and an NVQ3 in Business & Administration or equivalent. A good knowledge/experience of computer systems (including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel).
You will be a team player who is also confident working on their own with a ‘can do’ and proactive attitude. Good interpersonal skills including a polite and professional manner, able to communicate with all levels of staff, face to face and via email/phone.
The successful candidate will be helpful and enthusiastic, maintain organisation of the office and that it is run smoothly ensuring confidentiality (where required) and health and safety are adhered to at all times.
