Job Purpose / Summary
The post is within Statistics, Modelling and Economics Department. The Department consists of a number of statisticians, mathematical modellers and health economists, which provide a professional analytical function by collaborative working across all functions and groupings within the National Infection Service (NIS).
We are looking for a highly efficient and experienced administrative officer to support the Head of the Department and senior staff/teams within the Department in the co-ordination, organisation and management of the Department.
The post holder will engage with a wide range of professional staff across NIS, so excellent communication skills are essential. The post-holder will be required to have exceptional organisational skills, and be able to monitor obligatory processes within the Department, and provide administrative support to the senior staff/teams. You will need to be a calm and efficient individual who can manage a diverse workload.
