PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assessing all alarms, incidents or emergencies, then directing the appropriate response
Create conference/event specific bookkeeping binders and folders
Data entering enrollment forms, referral information and sources
Update database records with current business information
Perform Data entry and general administration duties
Assisting Help Desk team members as necessary
Responding to customer and employee enquiries
To be successful in this role you must have the following essential skills: -
High level of computer literacy
Impeccable communication skills
Efficiency operating in a team environment
Knowledge in Administrative role is highly advantageous
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and resolve problems
You pay attention to detail and are accurate in your data entry
Capacity to handle difficult situations in a stressful environment
You have experience with data-entry and administrative duties in an office setting
