St Helens & Knowlsey Teaching Hopsitals NHS Trust Advanced Practitioner Radiographer 37.5 hours A job opportunity vacancy has arisen for a Band 7 advanced practitioner radiographer in the Radiology Department at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals is a busy acute trust situated 8 miles from Liverpool city centre. The Trust is a member of the multiple trust consortium – for Cheshire and Merseyside PACS/RIS, allowing image and data sharing across 12 organisations.

It is committed to delivering the highest quality patient care and that was recognised by the CQC in its recent inspection.

The Radiology Department performed over 300,000 examinations last year.

We are a looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join our team to develop the radiographer reporting service. A radiographer with a proven track record of reporting is essential.

As a forward thinking Trust we require a skeletal reporting radiographer who is either competent to report chests or is enthusiastic to develop by undertaking the chest reporting course.

This post will involve clinical radiographic sessions and include some out of hours commitment.
