Objectives and tasks

Overall objective:

Create and lead an integrated set of digital, multi-channel marketing functions to rapidly and efficiently respond to business needs.

Work with internal stakeholders both local and Global to create standard digital material, applications and technology, that will meet the needs of the Mulit-channel Strategy.

 Set the direction for multichannel content across the Cluster to-

position) gether with the medical and marketing teams

 Collaborate with marketing and medical colleagues and partici-

pate in digital content creation based on customer insights and

journeys

 Lead and oversee the implementation of LEO Digital Platforms

and educate local digital specialists on the utilization of the chan-

nels.

 Be proactive in planning; anticipate change and act in accord-

ance; drive meticulous implementation of multichannel goals and

metrics.

2. Relationship Management

Internal

 Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-

functional environment; frequent communication with senior man-

agement on progress of digital projects

 Work closely with Online Community Manager and local digital

personnel to align on the implementation of the Multichannel

strategy

External

 Attend external digital updates, be proactive in seeking out inno-

vation within the multichannel space

 Foster and drive a culture of continuous and breakthrough im-

provement; develops a culture of challenging status quo through

benchmarking against best practice

Job tasks:

3. Multichannel Implementation

 Planning and production of digital content with external vendors

and vendor management

 Driving adaptation and implementation of multichannel tactics

across the cluster

 Continuously maintaining and developing portals, websites, apps

together with local MCC specialists

 Organisation and implementation of webinars

 Lead email campaigns through email marketing systems

 Work with SEO and guide local MCC specialists to implement rel-

evant changes

 Optimise customer experience and ensure engagement is in-

creased with HCPs is a key outcome

 Implement Customer feedback incorporation into digital platforms

 Ongoing digital/MCC Excellence support to the marketing team

 Provide input into digital marketing plan for priority

products/portfolios

 Train, support and up skill colleagues on usage of digital platforms

and tools

Liaisons / interdependencies:

(Close interface and cooperation with de-

partments and/or functions)

External

 Work with external providers in terms of Value Added Service Pro-

viders

 Work with external Digital/Creative & Communications Agency’s

Internal

 Colleagues in Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Busi-

ness Support and other departments.

Professional competencies:

(Educational background, training, skills,

knowledge, experience, and possible re-

quired experience from the industry or in the

role)

 A minimum of 2 years Digital Marketing Experience

 Project Management Experience essential

 Ability to demonstrate Leadership skills and driving projects through to

completion

 3 rd

Level Business/Science Degree

 Strong multi-tasking skills.

 Good communication skills (written, verbal and web)
