Here at Intrinsic, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Membership Team Leader.

The successful candidate will manage an operational team within our Adviser Operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality services to Advisers and other functions of the Company. The Membership Team Lead will be responsible in build a culture of shared values, which delivers and drives performance against current and future strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:
Key Accountabilities

To assist in the management of the operation of an effective support function to oversee assistance to Advisers and staff within the Intrinsic Group networks and ensure good customer outcomes
Manage the workload of the team to meet all agreed service levels
Set objectives, monitor performance, conduct one to one meetings and performance reviews, as required by company policy for the team
Support succession planning in the function to develop staff and manage attrition
Manage staff in-line with corporate policies i.e. sickness
Maintain a resource planning and forecasting model for your team to manage team resource, and anticipate then address future issues
Provide Management Information on activities and delivery
Effective management of the Risk Framework including stakeholder management, key control testing, identification, recording and management of risks, and supporting risk assessments
Actively review and monitor quality levels across the team for continuous improvement and staff development
Identify and communicate root-cause analysis findings to the relevant internal teams and use the information to drive continuous improvement
Act as an escalation point for team members and Advisers/their staff
Key Performance Indicators and Deliverables
Ensure all operational activities are delivered to plan, and to the standards expected by the Company and most importantly the Advisers and member firms
Ensure that all processes are implemented and operated effectively, including the application and monitoring of controls related to the processes
Ensure that risks are managed and mitigated appropriately
Manage within budget

Qualifications required:
Desirable Qualifications –
5 GCSE’s grades A-C including Mathematics and English

Experience required:
Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service
Experience in risk and control management
Experience in an Operational environment within Financial Services
Experience in supporting a team through change
Experience in managing a Team
