Rapid Automation Technical Business Solutions Manager Jobs Vacancy at Allianz Global Corporate Specialty London Jobs Details:
Reporting directly to the Head of Rapid Automation, this role is responsible for driving innovation across the SSU department as well as introducing new technologies across the AGCS landscape. Priorities include, but are not limited to: acting as the RPA consultant, meeting with various business units to analyze and propose technical solutions that meet their needs, and driving innovative Proof of Concept with other OEs. Additionally this role will be responsible for developing the framework for providing Automation as a Service. ##Drive projects that support RPA initiatives across AGCS.
##Promote the use of automation and artificial intelligence in the target application landscape.
##Ensure high quality work results which are delivered on time and budget through a clear understanding of the business needs and deploying a rigorous, methodical approach to improve SSU's delivery in line with strategic priorities.
##Work closely with stakeholders in other Allianz OEs such as H4. As well as identifying new opportunities and fostering business relationships to grow the RPA portfolio.
##Develop RA as a Service framework, including governance and marketing.
##Identify AGCS business improvement opportunities relating to automation and act as the RPA consultant to the business and Transition team for all new opportunities.
##Participate in deep-dive sessions with the business to uncover true automation potential.
##Create proposals for management for new initiatives and support the creation of project proposals for the SSU team including, but not limited to: cost/benefit analysis, work package definitions, and time and resource planning for delivery.
##Introduce best practices and share innovative ideas, with specific focus on new technologies such as, NLP, machine learning and advanced text analytics, as well as project approaches, lessons learned, and application of methods and tools. This should be delivered through written communication, presentations, conference calls, and/or workshops as appropriate.
##Act as a champion for Automation technologies.
##Manage offshore and 3rd party vendors for the delivery of improvement initiatives (line management of analysts/consultants may be included in the role). ##Project Management experience;
##Experience with introducing or working on innovative technologies;
##Previous leadership experience;
##Insurance industry experience;
##Cross-cultural and international work experience;
##Ability to breakdown complex subjects into manageable pieces;
##Ability to determine status quo, business requirements, targets and course of action;
##Individual task management skills, as well as the ability to manage large complex projects;
##Change Management experience, including stakeholder management, change curve, and change communication;
##Consulting skills, including relationship management, customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs, building CBA & Business Case, and facilitation;
##Ability to develop, implement and communicate strategies to address important trends or changes in the business;
##Ability to develop and positively influence key, strategic position holders across locations and functions;
##Ability to transition individuals, teams and the whole organization from a current state to a desired future state;
##Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally;
##Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story;
##Degree in IT, Engineering or similar; and
##Professional Training Qualification preferred.
