Campaigns Administrator Jobs Vacancy at Koreo Tower Hamlets Jobs Details:

The Campaigns Administrator will support the development and delivery of excellent UK-wide recruitment campaigns at a leading people development consultancy that mobilises talent to create social change. This is a 12-month fixed term role, although there may be a possibility for potential contract extension. Koreo develops talent to address the defining social issues of our time. We do that by developing people, organisations and networks to enhance the impact of their work.

To achieve this, Koreo runs a number of its own people development programmes and a number of independent consultancy pieces that grow leaders to create social change. The Development Team is responsible for bringing in new business, growing the network of organisations that we work with, and recruiting participants onto our programmes and does so through a campaigns-based approach. The Campaigns Administrator role sits within this team, offering administrative and development support to our recruitment campaigns. The Campaigns Officer will support campaigns across a number of our programmes including Charityworks – the UK non-profit sector’s graduate scheme and Change100 – an internship programme for students and recent graduates with a disability or long-term health condition.

The post-holder will also work on the recruitment campaign for an exciting and innovative new project, 2027, a programme to encourage more people from a working-class background into strategic roles in grant-making organisations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Campaigns Manager, and carry out an administrative function to support the engagement of around 60 leading universities and partner organisations to recruit over 350 participants onto our programmes for the 2017-2018 intake. -- Main Duties and Responsibilities Placing and managing bookings to university events such as careers fairs and presentations and coordinating the logistics of attending Volunteer management of our campus ambassador network, including dealing with volunteer queries Assist with communicating externally to university partners, such as to provide marketing information Provide support in the delivery of online webinars and digital events. Support and develop our strategic partnerships to promote the growth of new campaigns.

Assist with the development and preparation of digital marketing material and email campaigns Oversee and manage the campaigns diary and inbox Proofreading to ensure marketing conforms to branding and quality guidelines Support data analysis and evaluation of our campaigns work Support the Koreo Development Team in an administrative function on other projects where required. Other Responsibilities Occasional UK travel, evening working and overnight stays will be required Act in a manner that is in keeping with Koreo’s values Undertake any other duties as required and commensurate with the level of this post and contribute as required to the wider work of Koreo Person Specification Organisation, time management and task efficiency - You will be expected to manage competing priorities, delivering at pace to a high standard.
