Chief Operating Officer Tickettailor Jobs Vacancy at Create And Adapt London Jobs Details:
A brief intro...
Ticket Tailor is an innovational startup that provides a customisable, supported platform to sell tickets online. We have developed a unique and user friendly platform that allows customers to sell and purchase their tickets at ease with no booking fees! So we're cooking up something really special!
A COO, partner in crime, super-organised, business-minded, leader, learner and plate-spinner wanted for Ticket Tailor – an award-winning event ticketing platform. An amazing opportunity to shape a diamond-in-the-rough company with over 2,500 happy paying customers and big ambitions looking to level-up.
We are on a mission to make ticketing easy and convenient. We do this by creating niche ticketing products that fill gaps in the market instead of broad-brush one-size-fits-all platforms like Eventbrite. Our main product Ticket Tailor, makes ticketing easy and convenient by not charging ticket fees, allowing event organisers to white-label their ticket shops, and striving to offer incredible customer support. We have some new products such as a ticket sales app for Shopify, an e-ticketing API for developers and many more ideas in the pipeline.
Having launched in 2011 as a side project, Ticket Tailor has grown an incredibly loyal customer base of event organisers in the UK, US and beyond, helping them sell over £100M of tickets to events of all sizes, from private parties and village fêtes through to large club nights and festivals. Our clients include TEDx, Morgan Motor Company, Soundcrash Music and Escape the City to name a few you might have heard of. The company was acquired by Time Out in 2012 and then re-acquired by the founder 18 months later. We are proudly bootstrapped and have always been profitable. We are passionate about building a great business, working with great people, and we truly give a f*** about our clients and the impact we have on the world.
