Are you a qualified Social Worker, Nurse or Occupational Therapist? Do you have experience of working in a Social Care setting? If so, Lincolnshire County Council has the role for you.

The Adult Safeguarding team are seeking to recruit two Investigating Officers to undertake enquiries in response to concerns that a person with care and support needs has been subject to abuse or neglect.

About the role:

As an Investigating Officer you will lead and coordinate, with other professionals, enquiries relating to adults who are experiencing, or at risk of, abuse or neglect. You will be required to work with individuals to assess and manage risk ensuring appropriate plans are in place to promote the wellbeing and safety of people experiencing abuse or neglect.

About you:

You must have a Professional Qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing (or equivalent) with current professional registration.

If you have knowledge of the Care Act and are able to manage risk and analyse information with a committed and flexible approach then this is the opportunity for you.
