CENTRAL SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

What you’ll be doing

Working in a team of tenacious Central Support Administrators you’ll ensure that our rapidly growing 300+ store estate and 3 Distributions Centres are provided with the best service when it comes to proactive and reactive maintenance.

  • Providing first class administrative support to the Central Support team, from data input to filling
  • Update and manage computer databases and spreadsheets
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties such as filing, scanning, invoices and correspondence
  • Accurately record information to designated locations and formats
  • Gather like for like quotations for products and services from multiple suppliers and present in an easy to compare format

What you’ll bring

Although experience in a facilities environment would be great, it’s not something we need you to have. What we do need however, is someone who is reliable and motivated who relishes a challenge and has the ability to ‘make things happen’

  • Common sense approach and ability to problem solve
  • Highly organised with amazing attention to detail
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Flexible and confident approach
  • Superb communication skills
