Cargiant is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to efficiently input all vehicle related data onto our internal system. The Administration Assistant role at Cargiant is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the UK's leading car supermarket and evolve your administration skills. This role will be on a part-time basis totaling to 18 hours per week.
Cargiant is the world's largest car dealership with 7000 vehicles in stock and retail sales of over 1000 cars per week! It's taken 30 years of planning to assemble the 45 acre site that serves our current business and future expansion plans. What you will do:
Input all documentation for purchased vehicles onto the company database
Ensure all documentation matches the details held on the company database
To maintain and update the data held on the company database
Deal with any discrepancies and documentation errors
Chase outstanding paperwork from auctions and vendors
Deal with paperwork for part exchange and buy back vehicles ensuring that all data on our system is updated
Speak to outside service garages regarding service history and mileage discrepancies
Running daily reports for vehicles missing logbooks and MOT certificates
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Previous Admin work is essential
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation and communication skills
