The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our international subsidiaries. The ability to speak fluent Spanish, Russian and English will therefore be advantageous to the role. We are looking for someone to take pride in their work, able to travel, pick up new systems and processes quickly, with proven experience in developing high standard of excellence in customer relations and satisfaction. You will also manage all the financial duties of the department such as monitoring costs and time allocations, reporting of monthly and yearly results and forecasts. We expect the candidate to have a understanding of the retail industry and be able to introduce new initatives that will take the servies we provide to the next level.

This is a permanent position based in Inditex Head Office, London.

Key Responsibilities

× Management, supervision and organization of the large call centre together with call centre leads internationally.

× Business visits periodical follow ups - involving international travel

× Recruit, mentor and development of key personnel

× Review of productivities, ratios, performance

× Supervision of different teams within the structure.

× Staffing and contacts forecasts management

× Daily Review and follow up on service reports

× Reporting of monthly and yearly results and forecasts.

× Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

× Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided by the company across our international locations.

× Adhere to and manage the approved budget

× Organization of special events like sales and special promotions

× Relations and negotiation with suppliers.

× Launches of new countries.

× Develop service procedures, policies and standards

× Assist with the develop of training programs to deliver a high service standard

× learning about the company's products or services and keeping up to date with change

× handling customer complaints or any major incidents that may involve litigation

× Providing support and monitoring the call centre within all channels.

Experience and Qualifications

× Degree level candidate

× Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to communicate ideas across the business

× Ability to think strategically and to lead

× Problem-solving skills.

× Organizational and planning skills

× Analytical skills

× Presentation and Verbal skill (in English, Spanish and Russian)

× Motivational skills and an ability to manage a team

× Ability to react to unforeseen events and difficulties
