Aviation Claims Administration Assistant Jobs Vacancy at Allianz Global Corporate Specialty London Jobs Details:

Based in London and reporting directly to the Team Leader for Aviation Claims, you will be delivering effective and efficient Claims Handling support, including timely and efficient claims processing, related manual inputting and general administration duties. You will also be supporting the preparation and handling of standard claims within agreed authority. In addition, you will ensure all claims are handled within authority limits and in line with AGCS Claims Standards procedures and guidelines. You will liaise proactively with other functions to ensure timely and accurate Claims administration. You will be expected to develop and maintain peer level relationships with brokers. ##Input and maintain accurate claims records (e.g. reserves, payments) for designated accounts, within appropriate AGC&S Claims administration systems
##Complete general claims administration tasks as required
##Proactively produce management information reports (e.g. monthly major claims movements)
##Ensure all claims handled within authority limits, and in line with AGCS Claims Standards procedures and guidelines
##Refer cases outside of authority level
##Prepare referral documentation and materials as appropriate
##Report loss information internally and externally
##Proactively work with other functional areas in Claims handling process, e.g. Underwriting, MMC, ARC, Operations
##Proactively work with other functions (e.g. operations, credit control) to resolve outstanding accounts queries ##Educated to “A” level or with appropriate professional experience
##Progress towards professional insurance qualification (e.g. CII) would be appreciated
##At ease with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
##Any knowledge of insurance and claims handling would be an advantage
##Clearly and effectively express ideas and messages via speech or writing
##Effectively express and display thoughts and ideas visually, using various tools
##Ability to absorb information effectively from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail and draw appropriate conclusions
