Salary: Range 2 (£18,517 to £20,800 pro rata) term time only
Permanent contract: Permanent Full time 8:30am to 3:30pm (part time would be considered)
Required for: Summer Term 2018 or Autumn Term 2018

About the roleThis role is based at The Oaks in Amersham and is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the different provisions offered by the PRU and to develop and consolidate excellent behaviour management skills. This is a rewarding but challenging role.
You will receive appropriate training and support from our experienced team to enable you to be successful in the role. Once fully trained you will have opportunities to work with pupils in their mainstream schools as part of our outreach service.
About youWe need an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated LSA, with the ability to quickly develop relationships with pupils and colleagues, to join our outstanding team (OFSTED 2018). You will work alongside class teachers and other LSAs to support pupils in small groups or 1:1 to help ensure the best possible outcomes for each child that we work with.
