The Role - Customer Service Advisers are responsible for handling all incoming contacts from internal and external customers via phone. - They will answer all enquiries and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all orders and invoices. - Take ownership of you own performance ensuring you achieve all KPI’s, objectives and SLA’s required for your role as agreed by your line manager. - Take ownership of any customer issues, respond to customers’ enquiries regarding prices, product information in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Ensuring that the customer is informed of all specific requirements relating the ordering of each item and that those queries are logged on the appropriate system for future reference or to keep the customer regularly updated on all progress. Job Type: Full time & Part Time Full Time 08:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday on a rolling rota & 1 in 6 Saturdays 09:00 to 12:00 (38 hour a week Contract) Salary: £15,500.00 rising to £16,00.00 after successful completion of probation Part Time 14:00 - 18:00 (20 Hour a week Contract) Salary: £8,157.89 per annum rising to £8,421.05 after successful completion of probation Job Type: Full-time Salary: £15,500.00 /year Required experience: - Customer service: 2 years
