Hi-Tech is our first flagship purpose-built accident repair centre offering bespoke services to customers, insurers and manufacturers including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi and VW. With our ongoing investment in cutting edge technologies, new state of the art sites and new products, Hi-Tech is able to stay ahead of the game and provide the quality and excellence our customers’ deserve

The Role:
This is a first key appointment within the Hi-Tech division and therefore will be high profile and give an opportunity for a strong candidate to really shine and set the standards of other sites to follow. The right candidate will play an influential part in shaping the Hi-Tech division and how it develops across the wider business.

The successful applicant must have the drive and enthusiasm to push the hi-tech business forward in line with business objectives
To ensure we are delivering a world class level of service and customer journey building trust and integrity with all current customers as well as new
To ensure that the site delivers industry leading levels of: quality of repair, value, customer service and profit through the use of our state of the art centre, cutting edge in-house technologies and people management
Meeting and building rapport with both new and returning customers to ensure they feel loyalty to yourself, the centre and the Hi-Tech brand
Engaging with key members of staff to agree output targets and provide feedback on the previous day’s performance ensuring the maximization of productivity at site
To prepare accurate data and statistics in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements and contributing to regional meetings, helping identify and promote new business opportunitie

The Person:
Candidates will demonstrate:
Ability to effectively deliver site performance and profitable growth
Excellent leadership skills, technical expertise
Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication

Experience:
Candidates will ideally have:
Experience within a bodyshop environment managing a team of 12+
Account management experience with a focus on prestige dealership and manufacturing
Proven background in delivering world class customer service
