Job Advert : The role
This is your chance to develop our organisational capability by defining and introducing a fantastic Performance & Development (P&D) plan. One that will see corporate functions excel, and managers thrive across Europe. It means developing a P&D intranet site that’s bursting with relevant, accessible content – a task that involves close liaison with our global HR teams. You’ll also develop and champion our approach to performance management, as well as providing coaching and managing a network of Learning & Development suppliers. With your expertise, every solution will contribute directly to our current and future requirements.
This isn’t just an opportunity to boost talent in the UK. You’ll also deliver leadership programmes and succession plans for the entire Europe geography. The key is to work with global HR teams and in line with our wider strategies. With this approach, everything you do will take into account Clarks international business.
A bit about you
Armed with a CIPD (or equivalent) qualification, you can manage Performance & Development for a range of complex corporate functions. You’re used to coaching senior managers, leading high level teams and managing budgets of over £150k. With this experience, you bring credibility and in-depth Learning & Development knowledge. You’re up to speed with level A and B psychometric testing, the principles of performance management and current development trends. It’s exactly the kind of expertise that will win respect at many levels - with multiple stakeholders to manage, this will be essential.
