Part Time Administrator Jobs Vacancy at Metropolitan Housing Partnership Derby Jobs Details:

Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has arisen to join our HandyVan service team in Derby. This is a part time role working 15 hours over 3 days. Annual salary will be £6,400 for these reduced hours.

Metropolitan run the Derbyshire HandyVan service on behalf of Derbyshire County Council as part of our care and support services and this role is pivotal to its success. As the project administrator you will be responsible for managing HandyVan stock, checking time sheets, distributing jobs for the operatives and assisting the team with handling calls from internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities will include , but are not limited to:

- Providing day to day administrative support to the Handyvan operatives and members of the SPA team
- Acting as primary point of contact for telephone, email and post for both internal and external stakeholders
- Bulk ordering stock and ordering stock for individual installations
- Receipting income on a daily basis and banking cash and cheques, forwarding relevant paperwork to accounts receivable department
- Completing monthly job reports and distributing to manager and commissioners
- Liaising with Fire Service and Local Authority on outstanding cases and follow up queries
- Submitting and following up on Safeguarding referrals to the Local Authority

To be successful in this post it is essential you can demonstrate: -

1)Good working knowledge of Excel to generate reports
2)Experience of dealing with invoices and stock management for a team
3)Confident on dealing with individuals on the telephone to provide excellent customer service
4)Able to pick up new systems as required
5)Organised approach to work
