To achieve the organisations strategic objectives, appropriate utilisation of the operating models, optimisation of margin and expenses, increase customer satisfaction and reduce key to key times
To maximise the profitability of the sites by ensuring that all budgetary targets are consistently met
To manage and motivate your team
To assist the Divisional Director in ensuring the effective deployment of resources across the Group
To ensure that the sides deliver industry leading levels of: quality of repair, value, customer service and profit
To ensure the continuing commercial development of the sites
To understand and ensure each site is compliant with consistency through process and PAS 125
To ensure that the sites recruit and retain the team members necessary to meet operational requirements
To ensure that performance management is fairly and consistently applied
To ensure customers are delighted with the level of service delivered by sites
Maintain strict compliance with legislation
To ensure compliance with corporate standards
You will demonstrate:
High levels of drive, enthusiasm and self-motivation
The ability to think strategically while also being pragmatic and organised
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire
Excellent analytical skills: numeracy, data rational, assessment and interpretive ability
Expertise in building strong relationships, both internally and with key stakeholders and clients
Ability to manage projects independently, and have discipline around execution
Ability to quickly, accurately and realistically assess and profitably exploit commercial opportunities
You will ideally have:
Extensive experience of multi-site management in the accident repair, engineering or manufacturing industries
A proven track record of financial management
Advanced industry knowledge
The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level. The ability to be credible and make an impact with business stakeholders, Operations Managers, and teams on the workshop floor
An entrepreneurial and action oriented attitude
A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients
