This scheme will give graduates the opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by our Director. This training will provide you with the skills and experience you need to be successful in Executive Search and Recruitment. You will also enjoy the rewards of an uncapped commission structure, meaning earnings in excess of £40,000 in your first year, and £60,000+ in your second year are very realistic and often (over) achieved.
