One of top High Frequency Trading firms in London is seeking for top caliber C++ Quantitative Developer who can be both fantastic team player and an individual contributor to design in-house trading systems. My client is looking for rock-stars with a great attitude, a quantitative software engineer, who bring together technical and analytical expertise to grapple with sophisticated computational and data-related problems directly and implement efficient and innovative solutions. You’d be working on high frequency strategies along with Quants and Researchers whilst optimising the performance of the trading algorithms by using network and systems programming.
BSc from top University such as Oxford, Imperial, Cambridge, MIT, Warsaw, ETH or equivalent
Knowledge of application level optimisation for latency in trading systems and building trading simulators
A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++
An in-depth understanding of C/C++ programming, including to low level
Advanced experience in building libraries and server side components, STL, and Boost Libraries.
Working knowledge of Linux, network and systems programming
Experience in low latency programming (shared memory, lockless queues) and Linux kernel.
Finance experience not required
