Role Summary:
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Seasoned and deep understanding of concepts, approaches and methodology used. Deep expertise on the level of a technological field.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree.

Primarily tactical responsibilities.

This does not include general administrative work.

Works on very complex technological issues or manufacturing processes.

Solving issues and developing new solutions requires new and innovative approaches.

Has the authority to guide others in different approaches.

Presents to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, Sr.VP) on technical discipline and business solutions.

Works with cross business teams.

Is considered a subject matter expert.

Elaborates proposals for important technological choices, defines methodologies to solve issues and provide guidelines for projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge & experience.

Proven years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist.
