Annual salary: £18,000-£20,000

Hours per week: 37.5

Our Accounts Administrator role involves:
Working as part of the finance department and work alongside the fixed asset accountant.

Liaising with members of the finance team, Finance administrators, head office staff, unit staff, suppliers and the banks

Maintaining our capital spreadsheet

Printing capital POs daily

Collating, entering and breaking down capital invoices monthly

Capital queries

Raising capital POs when required (for new units only)

Maintaining bank mandates

Liaising with the finance team, head office staff, unit staff, supplier and the banks as required

Any other ad-hoc works as directed by the fixed asset accountant/group management accountant

To be successful as an Accounts Administrator, you’ll need:
An understanding of hospital management structure.

To be fair, reasonable and clear in your dealings with all stakeholders.

To make decisions based upon firm evidence knowing when to seek guidance and/or approval.

A high level of computer literacy and analytical skills

Ability to put in place what is needed with the available resources, to ensure the Group is always presented to the highest standards and promote a positive outcomes driven approach, which is attractive to suppliers and enhances Elysium’s reputation

To be constantly aware of new developments and be willing to challenge the status quo

Excellent organisational and communication skills, basic excel and computer literate
