Helpdesk Support Analyst
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Covent Garden, London, during an exciting time of our organisation’s development. As the successful Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as first point of contact, supporting and troubleshooting for all internal users and with the opportunity to take on ad hoc project work and take on 3rd line responsibilities (after training).
As a key Helpdesk Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and guiding all 1st and 2nd line issues with internal users within this Microsoft environment. As the Helpdesk Support Analyst, you should be able to work well under your own initiative and have a proactive attitude to work.
Key skills needed for the 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst:
* Proven background within 1st/ 2nd line support – less 2nd line is fine provided you’ve had some exposure.
* Commercial experience supporting Microsoft
* Exposure to supporting both hardware and network
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Server
* A passion for technology, with a keenness to learn new skills and progress your career
* Excellent communicational skills
