The successful candidate will be integral to company development.
Kreative Technologies specialises in the design, installation, servicing and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Alarms and Concierge systems, as well as creatively designed Integrated Solutions, for both business and residential sectors.
The role with involve the following (full training to be provided):
- Supporting engineering staff with installation of CCTV systems; for private and commercial clients
- Planning and installation of structure cabling/network points
- The repair and upgrading of older systems
- Working with customers and supporting management staff in the creation of customer quotations
- Completion of relevant job paper work/reports
- Installation of digital television and monitors
- Scheduled maintenance of CCTV systems
- Providing industry advice to customers on CCTV and data protection
- Providing initial customer training on new systems

Qualifications required The right candidate should have GCSEs at grades C or above in English Language and Maths or equivalent.
Future prospects There is the possibility of a permanent position on successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Individuals can also undertake an apprenticeship at the same level, or lower level than a qualification they already hold as long as the new apprenticeship allows for new skills to be acquired and the content of the training is materially different from any previous qualification or apprenticeship. For example, if you already have a Level 4 qualification you still may be able to complete an apprenticeship at any level providing you meet the eligibility criteria and are learning substantive new skills. Minimum wage The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
