We are actively recruiting for a Patient Administrator work at our Endoscopy Clinic in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is for a part time role of 20 hours

What does being a Patient Administrator at InHealth involve?

A patient administrator will provide a broad range of administrative functions, utilizing relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high quality Imaging Service.

To ensure patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the Business and to welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner.

What skills and experience will you need to apply?

  • 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above Including English or equivalent
  • Flexibility in working patterns to fulfil unexpected clinical requirements.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Effective communication Skills both on the phone and face to face
  • Proven Verbal and written skills
  • Proven level of accuracy and attention to detail
