As our Estates Negotiator, you will be part of the Estates Team and will be responsible for liaising with landlords regarding the management of contracts. You will oversee landlord issues, payment queries and the renegotiation of licences and leases. Working with other departments you will seek to maintain and build relationships with our private landlords and corporate partners. You will also be required to maintain accurate rental records for our sites. You will have excellent communication skills and have a professional telephone manner.
Our Estates Negotiator will have exceptional IT skills and be competent with MS Office and other applications. This role will suit a candidate that has relevant administrative skills together with some negotiation skills, and some property or surveying experience from a commercial property / estates environment. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on being a team player and who is able to work to tight deadlines.
