Infinity is a leading analytics and call tracking service. The company’s roots were founded in digital marketing and the need to attribute offline call activity against digital and other marketing activity to ensure that all online spend is optimised.
The business was launched in 2010 and is an established UK market leader. Annual revenues £5m+ and growing significantly. With $1m revenue in the US, Infinity are poised for full international expansion, building on the unrivalled success in the UK market. The firm is already hugely profitable with 500+ customers and employs 60+ people in London, Reigate & Baltimore USA.
The business has recently secured $15m of Private Equity investment to accelerate the growth of the business including establishing a Customer Success Management function. To date Infinity retain over 95% of the customers on an annual basis and now want to professionalise and scale this service.
The goal is to grow 5-fold in the next 3-years through organic growth, new routes to market, international expansion and development of new services. This makes the role of the Customer Success Management function vital.
In particular, the business sees huge potential in the cloud contact center market and the convergence of the requirements of marketing, sales, service/support and operational teams. The business works with a range of customers across many verticals and we are keen to grow on all fronts but expect to focus on larger enterprise deals in sectors where we have a strong track record.
The vision is once an Enterprise company is sold via the New Business sales team that the account is then handed over to the CSM function who then deliver the expected value by managing the relationship with the account and then coordinating and utilising the existing resources in onboarding, training & support to ensure the customer is happy.
Profile of Role
As a Strategic Account Director, you will focus educating and evangelising Infinity’s Call Intelligence products within Tier 1 Group Network agency partners across the UK.
Working with 1 or 2 named network partners and all associated brands within the group
Experience: You have worked in or are working within a media agency at Account Director level managing blue chip clients, with an understanding on how agencies operate and what they expect from technology partners.
We are building services that will radically change the martech landscape, and are looking for talented individuals who will help us drive that message into the market.
You will be part of the UK team working with various internal and external teams to drive the growth of Infinity business within mainland the UK, and responsible for providing channel business development support in the region. Your key objective will be to help uncover both partner and sales opportunities to increase partner revenues & support the sales teams.
To be successful you will be passionate, results oriented and demonstrate outstanding commercial ability. A trusted advisor to partners and customers alike, it is essential that you are comfortable articulating value propositions in the context of your audience and will be required to be part field based attending external partner and client meetings.
This role will support the business development activities of our Tier 1 agency partners and sales teams. It is a great opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years’ experience in business development/channel management looking for their next challenge.

Proven experience operating at the C-Level in large enterprise accounts
Inspirational presenter with excellent organisation; project management; time management and communication skills
Experienced at working with Group Network Partners in the UK & have agency contacts at senior levels
Worked at a media agency and know their expectations of a technology partner
Background in delivering campaigns & solutions for blue chip clients

Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships
Strong understanding within the fundamentals of digital marketing processes and technology
Active in industry trade and networking events

Work with the UK Partner & Sales teams to support the go to market strategy for the region. In this role you will uncover both opportunities for Infinity Resellers and Partners as well as customers
Source, close, and grow new and existing channel business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals
Recruit, onboard, train and nurture new agency partner’s
Build a detailed understanding of Infinity products and their place in the industry and our key sectors
Build relationships with partners of all levels (account directors to senior board level executives)
Lead and/or participate in client presentations/pitches to marketing professionals, assist in scoping client requirements, mapping needs to solutions, provide quotes, and close accounts
Inbound partnership enquiries are validated with key information to qualify sales and partner meetings, using tools such as LinkedIn, DueDil, Salesforce.com & internal databases, etc.
Recruit new partners in line with the overall company objectives and partner profile
Educate, train and raise Infinity’s brand awareness with our existing partners by expanding your network
Promote the Infinity partner program and communicate both Referral & Resell partnership options
Create outbound calling and/or marketing lists utilising tools that include complete and relevant information to be effective
Route information to the appropriate partner manager or sales professional and ensure accurate follow up
Handle all partner enquiries in a timely manner
Map out partner accounts, have a detailed understanding of their markets, type of clients, focus and ensure the Infinity service is positioned and understood correctly
Provide feedback to marketing on quality leads
Assist in uncovering and confirming the customer metrics for success
Help the channel network grow their business maintaining consistently high conversion rates
