We've just been recognised as one of the top 10 specialist tour operators in the world by renowned Conde Nast Traveller for the fourth year running.

Established in 2005, our team are the wildlife specialists, delivering some of the most immersive experiences available in the natural world. Our focus is ensuring our clients get up close and personal encounters with wildlife, normally reserved for the likes of National Geographic or BBC documentary makers.

Based in a new, modern office in the heart of Brighton we have a friendly team and plenty of employee benefits.

THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a fast, efficient and detailed orientated administer with excellent Microsoft Office skills. This role will encompass supporting our sales team with a wide array of different jobs, from creating reports in our database, loading booking forms into the CRM, pulling together itineraries and organising enquiries.

This is a varied role and you can expect to work with all members of the team across the business, from sales and marketing to finance and the MD. We are looking for somebody who is happy to take on any challenges and give them their best.

We would love to find somebody with a real genuine passion for travel, wildlife and conservation.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is mainly to support our sales team, helping with administration, answering the phone, adding bills to the CRM and responding to clients. You will need to become a resource for knowledge in the office, learning our product and systems inside and out.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience, preferably in an administrative role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft; including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Ability to learn fast and keen to learn
  • Passion for wildlife and travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £16,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year
