If so, we want you to join us in making the role of the doctors administrator a success.

This post represents an exciting new opportunity to join the dynamic clinical team in T&O. The role will involve working in partnership with the nurses, doctors and administrators in the T&O Care Group. You will be assisting the team with the smooth running of ward rounds, as well as coordinating patient care and helping to audit and evaluate ward services.

The successful applicants will provide high quality patient care working closely with the ward based team providing support through administration provision, ensuring that the admission, in-patient time and discharge of patients runs in a smooth and timely manner.

Applicants should be well organised, possess strong leadership skills and be highly motivated to support the ward team. A progressive attitude is essential in order to support continual service improvement. The successful applicants would benefit from a background in healthcare but this is not essential as training and support will be given.

We are looking to employ 1 doctors administrators to support a fantastic new initiative supporting our junior medical colleagues .

Getting to Work

Application can be made for parking on site at UHS or through one of the park and ride schemes. This will be based on specific criteria to determine eligibility for site parking as this can be very limited.
