Join the Award Winning Development team at Decent Group!
This role can be full-time or part-time, (3 to 5 days a week, negotiation)
We love solving business problems and creating bespoke software for companies. We know we are pretty good at it, as our dedicated team have previously won Filemaker Business Partner of the year for Europe, the Middle East, Asia and India.
As a result of increasing demand for our expertise, we are now looking to add a new C lient Services Coordinator to our highly engaged, friendly and close-knit team.
In this role, you'll be listening to client's business process problems and requirements, both over the phone and face-to-face. And you'll need to generate enticing business software proposals that address their needs, encouraging them to make more use of our services.
You'll also oversee customer fulfillment, taking responsibility for scheduling, tracking progress, addressing slippage and making sure the software project is completed on-time and to the satisfaction of the client.
It will take a special kind of candidate to do this role:
You'll ideally have worked in a client services role in a technology environment or you could be a commercially minded, IT enabled graduate. We are open.
You will also be a highly responsive client services professional who knows how to provide clients with that last-client-on-earth-experience.
You'll be comfortable troubleshooting software problems and acting as the middle person between client and technical team.
You'll also be skilled at spotting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
In return for this we offer a friendly, fun, welcoming, supportive and energizing environment which should be a great place to thrive and build a career.
We are situated in a modern, attractive business park, with plenty of free parking, places to lock your bike, and an on-site shower, making it a prime working location.
This role can be full-time or part-time, (3 to 5 days a week, by negotiation)
Please apply with a CV and cover letter.
We can't wait to hear from you!
