You will need to demonstrate significant experience working within Oncology and/or Haematology and show good leadership and communication skills. You will also either already be competent in the delivery of systemic anti-cancer (SACT drugs or demonstrate the aptitude to gain this skill quickly.Â A knowledge of bone marrow transplantation would be desirable. Mentorship experience will be helpful to the role. You will play a pivotal part in supporting recruitment and retention of new nurses. You must be an RN and demonstrate a desire to teach and support staff in their nursing practice.

Pay award pending from 1st April 2018.
This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of Â£47.50. This fee will be deducted from your second monthâs salary.
