Renault Retail Group, Manchester seeks a Contact Centre Sales Executive to join our inbound and outbound retail Telesales Team in Salford (M3).
The role will involve handling inbound calls for Renault Retail Group (RRG), UK and making existing customer renewals calls for retail customers that are interested in purchasing the Renault range of vehicles, including new and used vehicles.
The objective of the role will include qualifying clients for the specifications of their desired vehicle, and arranging appointment for further progress with the Sales team from the client’s most convenient Renault Retail Group outlet.
Enquiries are inbound in nature for fresh enquiries and outbound in nature for renewals calls for customers in existing contracts with RRG. Inbound calls, emails and livechat are generated through UK-wide marketing and web & press advertising. Outbound calls are guided by exiting RRG customer information. Follow-up customer service courtesy calls may be needed to existing clients during the supply, delivery and/or collection process.
Previous experience from any telesales call centre sector or vehicle sales sector is welcomed. You will need to be positive, enthusiastic, friendly and used to dealing with a high volume of inbound enquiries in your current or most recent role.
You will have an excellent telephone manner as well as being willing and able to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively. Renault Retail Group is an equal opportunities employer and seek to actively promote skill development within our teams.
This role operates under the following alternating shift pattern
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hr for lunch) plus Sunday 11am-5pm
Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm (1 hr for lunch) plus Saturday 10am-4pm
Bank holidays 11am - 5pm with days in lieu
In return we offer a basic salary of £20,000 pa plus commission with a realistic OTE of £25,000 pa. KPIs are based on customer call quality, number of appointments booked and unit volume sold and Customer Satisfaction Score (CS).
We also offer 24 days annual leave, pension, employee benefit and discount scheme, child care voucher scheme and subsidised car option after a qualifying period.
