Administrator Jobs Vacancy at Irwin Mitchell Llp Leeds Jobs Details:

This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to build and gain experience in a legal environment. You needn't be legally trained but will have good attention to detail and be willing to work hard as you will eventually work up to handling your own case load. Working collaboratively within the Motor team you will build relationship with our clients to deliver the best following recovery of policyholder’s losses and injury arising from road traffic accidents.

The day to day duties of this role will involve:
  • Assisting of a caseload of claims from retention to settlement
  • Processing and assessing new instructions
  • Dealing with written correspondence (inbound and outbound as appropriate)
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Evidencing and valuing claims
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Negotiating with Defendants
  • Preparing court documents and dealing with all aspects of the litigation process (MOJ or Non MOJ)
You must be able to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. You will be working in a team environment and should therefore enjoy working with others and be prepared to play a full part in contributing towards the success of the team. You will follow a structured internal training programme allowing you to gain the necessary experience to develop into a successful career. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
