We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join the Rouge family! Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the role holders main responsibilities will be to support the delivery of our operational recruitment plans, ensuring we attract and select the best talent in the industry!
With accountability for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, duties will include:
Advertising vacancies and keeping adverts up to date
Screening and interviewing candidates
Providing feedback to candidates
Managing the offer process
Proactively sourcing candidates to build a talent pool
Arrange and attend assessment and recruitment days
Providing accurate information for reporting
Using and updating ATS system
Reducing agency usage through our direct hire approach
Driving internal succession
Focusing on reducing time to hire
Building relationships with local colleges and community groups to broaden our talent pools
