Communications and Marketing Manager,Trafford Council

We require a Communications and Marketing Managerto head our team and manage a busy department.
The successful candidate will drive and oversee the development and implementation of effective communications and marketing strategies (traditional, social and digital), the promotion of events, publications and issues in line with our Council objectives, building on existing relationships and cultivating new contacts.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including creating advanced presentations are essential. Candidates should have a strong ability in managing relationships with internal and external contacts, the media and experience of working within local government.
