This is a very exciting opportunity to join a strong, market leading organisation that do things differently to their competitors in the sector. We are looking to appoint an experienced equipment sales professional to cover the North East of England as part of their on going growth plans. If you have a proven track record in selling into the construction plant industry then we should be talking about your career prospects.
You will be an experienced area sales professional with experience in selling high value capital equipment, i.e. yellow goods, plant machinery, agriculture or comparable machinery. You will be a high performer with a proven track record who has an ambitious drive to exceed targets.
You will be responsible for developing new and existing accounts across a range of industries including the quarrying, mining, recycling and waste management industries. Whilst you will be representing a market leading manufacturer, the market is highly competitive so you will need to demonstrate how you have operated in this type of environment in the past.
You will also be tasked with promoting finance, repair and maintenance and after-sales services as part of the total customer offering.
You will be remunerated with a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000 (depending upon experience) + a lucrative commission scheme + company vehicle + mobile phone/laptop + corporate benefits package.
