The Role

If you are looking for an exciting analytical role within the finance function of a market leader then this is the ideal opportunity for you. We have a position working within the Accounts Payable Price Investigation team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. The role is responsible for ensuring that invoices progressing through the Basware P2P Invoice Processing system show the correct prices. This requires investigation and analysis of price discrepancies and following up with the respective supplier to secure repayment of overcharges.

We are looking for a capable and ambitious candidate seeking a busy, but fun, finance team, where job satisfaction comes from being a key element in the efficient payment of suppliers.

To be able to fulfil this role you will need to demonstrate that you are highly numerate, have a high degree of computer literacy, including advanced Excel, and possess a great attention to detail

Training on systems will be provided, however, having previous exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be beneficial. Ideally, you have started some form of finance qualification.
