Working on behalf of one of the world’s largest finan,cial organisations you will be speaking to existing customers regarding their telephone banking enquiries. You will answer questions relating to account information such as payments, account transfers, password resets, and direct debits/standing orders.
Salary : £17,026.75 per annum + performance related bonus of up to £400 a month.
Hours : A rotational shift pattern working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday-Sunday
Location : Salford, just off Regent Road

Experience required: Due to the nature of the role you must be over 18. MUST HAVE 1 years Customer Service experience - whether its in retail, hospitality OR call centre. Excellent communication skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude DBS will be completed Credit check to be completed First 4 weeks of training will be held in our Altrincham training centre, you must be able to get here. Hardworking, dedicated and motivated to deliver exceptional service to Customers at all time. Positive and enthusiastic attitude
