Job Purpose:
Are you passionate about bringing together data and detail and provide overview? Do you love connecting with partners and think global with a focus on all aspects of what’s required to make an event happen anywhere? Do you remain calm against deadlines and help others meet them though friendly but concise communication? Then you could be our new Events Coordinator.
We a looking for an Events Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term basis to support the Demonstration Project Manager. This role will support the delivery, tracking and documentation of demonstrations for Arm’s global events. This includes maintenance and logistics to ensure delivery, set up and break down of demos on site at events is completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Primary responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager to organize and deliver demonstrations for worldwide events working within the Events Demonstration Delivery team.
Maintain and develop online event tracking documentation. You will also support Project Manager in liaising with Corporate, Lines of Business and Product Marketing teams as well as Engineering team to identify appropriate demonstrations and establish on-site requirements.
The role will be responsible for collaborating with Event and Engineering teams to align on-site support with demo requirements and liaise with demonstration owners, Campaign and Graphics teams to define and deliver marketing messaging for demonstration at events.
The role requires you to attend events across the globe to deliver on-site project management and oversight of demonstration set-up and removal

Experience Required:
You are a confident and dedicated individual and happy to ask questions to get the information you need and have experience of delivering events.
Clear and friendly teammate with customer and partner focus, you will be inventive and well organized enabling you to work on multiple projects at a time. You work creatively and show flexibly in time constrained environments
An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, internal and external partners, you should be capable of effective communication at different levels.
Able to work away from home with occasional trips abroad during weeks and weekends and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate partners and teams in different time zones
