Our client is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join their growing team – based in Chessington.

The Supply Chain Administrator will provide professional and efficient administration support to the department, as well as playing a key role in support of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • To administer and communicate the flow of product throughout our business from Purchasing to Dispatch – including coordinating all product system pricing. And updating the Data file product code files and managing the various trackers used to coordinate product in our business
  • Creates job number
  • Batch uploading
  • Making new codes
  • Adding codes to PO
  • Send & Communicate PO codes to the team
  • Make amendments on PO’s
  • Manage the Amendment Tracker
  • Updates master trackers
  • Make Pricing Meeting amendments
  • Creates Bid List & Confirms to relevant personnel
  • Communicate Master Sheet
  • Collates Master Sheet information
  • Makes System Price Amendments
  • Manages the Deal Sheet
  • Loads Jobs as necessary
  • Manages the Pricing Template
  • Manages Goods In Priority List
  • Manages Goods In Issues
  • Makes Goods In Sheet Updates
  • Loads Stock onto system
  • Manages Daily Stock Valuation
  • Manages Stock Code Set Up
  • Administers Identification Sheets
  • Makes Stock Adjustments
  • Manages Personal Purchases
  • Manages Status Changes
  • Administers Stock Valuation Tracker
  • Attends Pricing Meetings
  • Drafts Board Report
  • Coordinates League Tables
  • Status Updates
  • Produces Quarterly status review
