Document Services Manager Jobs Vacancy at Together Money Cheadle Jobs Details:

Document Services Manager – 12 month Fixed Term Contract Together are currently looking to recruit a Document Services Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract (the role is to cover maternity). The successful candidate will support the business in its daily functions and operations through leading the Archive Team. You will develop, implement and maintain formalised procedures and the applications of good working practices. The Document Services manager will ensure that agreed KPIs and SLAs are maintained, via their inspirational leadership, to ensure that the wider business receives the expected level of service from the department. Salary on offer is up to £30,000, dependent on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the work of the Archive Team to ensure that their activities run in adherence to guidelines and meet targets; • Ensure the running of the Team is aligned to the principles of the Information & Records Management Policy; • Deliver coaching and training support to the new and existing staff on policy, procedures and systems so that they can work with maximum efficiency; • Monitor any risks to the customer records management processes, report any concerns or departmental non-compliance through the appropriate channels; • Assist the Facilities Manager in identification of necessary improvements to quality and reduction of cost; • Produce relevant, accurate and timely MI related to the Teams you manage; • Maintain all relevant records so that information is available promptly; • Liaise with relevant suppliers, check they perform at required level, to ensure that operational activities run effectively. Skills and Experience: • Experience in Document Control and Quality Assurance; • Team Management skills , with the ability to train, coach and develop staff; • Experienced in dealing effectively with third party business suppliers and senior management; • IT literacy: Outlook Express – intermediate level, Word, Excel – high level, SharePoint – basic level; • Ability to produce accurate and timely Managerial Information and Statistics; • Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales.
