An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join a busy administration team within Support Services Corporate Strategy and Commissioning.
Working to support a wide range of Adults Services the successful candidate would be enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service, providing support to teams based in Goole Council Offices and an Adults Day Care centre. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and committed to providing a high quality service, have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. To undertake this role you need to be customer focused, have excellent administrative and organisational skills.
You should be a team player able to demonstrate that you are well organised and customer focused. You should also have excellent IT skills.

The work is varied and includes word processing, financial recording which includes the processing of orders/invoices, filing, data processing, dealing with deliveries of goods and services.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail are vital as well as working within specific timescales.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential to this role as the role is often the first point of contact for relatives, professionals and the public.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
