An exciting volunteering opportunity has arisen within Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust for a trainer to work alongside clinical staff in delivering EQUIP training to staff across the Trust. EQUIP is a one day training package focusing on increasing clinicians understanding of how they can enhance service user and carer involvement in their care planning process.
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent communication, who have a willingness to share their own personal, lived experiences as part of the training.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Co-delivery of the training, with a willingness to share personal, lived experiences relevant to this training.
- Participation in the continued development of the training, which may involve attendance to meetings outside of delivery of the training.
- Adherence to Trust standards and values, respecting the information which is shared and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Willingness to engage in relevant support and supervision

This is an exciting opportunity to develop our second phase of the EQUIP training programme, so and we are seeking new individuals to help support this.
